You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

What do we use your information for?
The information you provide can be used in a few specific ways.  We want to personalize your experience to improve our customer service.  To do this we may want to send you information about a contest, a promotion, a survey or other site feature.  Of course we have to have your information to  process your transaction.

Your information, whether public or private, will never be sold, exchanged, transferred or given to another company for any reason other than the purpose of delivering purchased products or services.  We love having you as our customer, why would we want to share you? We're selfish that way.

Your email address
may be used to send you periodic e-mails detailing events, classes, new products and such, especially if you sign up for our newsletter.  Your email may also be used to send you updates on your shipment, like tracking numbers or estimated delivery dates. *Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

How do we protect your information?
We're all about security.  Our server is secure: we transmit all PII and credit information via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Our payment system is also encrypted to our payment providers that is accessible by folks who have special rights to those systems.  We require them to keep their lips zipped when it comes to information.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Do we use cookies?
Yes. But we're not talking about the baked kind. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow). Cookies enable our service providers system to recognize your browser and capture and remember information that allows us to capture data about our site traffic and interactions.  We do this in order to offer better site experiences and tools in the future. We may have help assessing this information, but all parties involved are sworn to secrecy. They can not use the information collected for anyone or any reason other than to help us improve our business.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
Remember what we said about being selfish?  We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. Once in a while we may have to share some of your information with third parties like the Post Office, the bank, or the company we use for credit card sales; but, we always require them to agree to keep your information confidential.  We reserve the right to give your information to necessary parties to comply with the law, or to protect others or our rights, property and/or safety.
